Product Return Policy: Products must be in original condition. Products must be returned or we must be contacted within 30 days of purchase date. E-mail us with your return request at cs@sm9.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) This Number must be clearly marked on the outside of all boxes. Returns will be refused without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#. We will give you a shipping address along with the RMA#. Send the product back to us (we recommend insurance and tracking). You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. Super Market Merchandising reserves the right to refuse any return. Sorry no refunds on closeout or package deals.
Shipping: Due to the various methods of shipping avalable, Super Market Merchandising does not calculate shipping on-line. You will be contacted with the shipping options for your order.
Product Warranty: If you have a defective/damaged product, please e-mail us at cs@sm9.com immediately to determine if the product is covered under the warranty.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, please e-mail us at cs@sm9.com immediately. It is important that you keep the damaged packaging. We will have a carrier pick up the damaged package. We will send you a replacement after the damage has been assessed by our returns department. |
